Special Effects: Designed and created all special make-up and
creature effects
The special effects spectacle follow-up to Stuart Gordon's original masterpiece featured the Buechler created animatronic Dr. Hill head, and appliances. The additional challenges for this adaptation, required that "bat wings" be grafted onto Dr. Hill's head this time around. This film is David Gale's last movie role, reprising his part as Dr. Hill.
