Special Effects: Designed and created all special make-up effects and creature effects, including a fully animatronic giant alligator.
Featuring Tim Curry as Gomez, Daryl Hannah as Morticia, and introducing the animatronic Buechler created Alicia, the 15 footAligator. Cousin Itt, Thing, Lurch, and Fester, as well as Ray Walston's Grampa Addams were handled by Buechler's prosthetic effects crew. After the feature was completed, all of Buechler's creations were shippped to Canada for the television series.
